Alternatively, try booting your PC up in Safe Mode if you can and test the USB's. This is to see whether any program/script is blocking USB input.

See my most recent comment & how would I do safe mode?

I wanna update my drivers maybe that will fix it but idk how to do that as well.

Just thought, can you access your PC's BIOS before booting into Windows? (Normally the key is F2 or DEL). This will tell us whether the USB's are working before booting into Windows.

Tbf I've just thought, you're not going to be able to get into Safe Mode without a KB+M.

I've been swapping my kb & mouse out in that only usb port that works but I noticed this in my device manager [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

It won't let me update it at all but I will try what you just suggested and come back here.

Try either, but you may have to run it in compatibility mode since you're on Windows 10.

To do this right-click the download, troubleshoot compatibility, troubleshoot problem, this program worked in an earlier version of Windows, Windows 7, test.

If this doesn't work, install your motherboard drivers found either on the disk that came with your PC, or the manufacturers website.

I downloaded the first one and ran the setup but it said my computer does not meet the minimum requirements?
Lol wtf I don't have a cheap pc with shit parts? I can run games at 1080p 60fps no problem so why would I get that error message?

But I have to get ready for work now, will try again later tonight

It isn't anything to do with your PC, it's the actual driver itself not being compatible.

When you can, install [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and post a screenshot of your system. With this, I can get the specific drivers for your motherboard.

Here are my specs
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Also I should note that about a couple months ago I was prompted to update some hardware on my pc, cant remember what it was I think it was mobo or gpu, not sure.
But while it was updating I was browsing the internet and what not and half way through the update my pc froze and was unresponsive probably due to me brwsoing the internet while updating I didnt know better. So I just held the power button on my case until it turned off.
So now after every start up I get these error messages every time, I never put any thought into it as my pc would run fine anyways so I think maybe this has a play into what is going on right now with my usb ports.
Here are pics of the error messages.
