So no matter what i am doing, but it does seem to happen when I'm on Netflix a lot but then again I go on Netflix more than games. Anyway, my Xbox likes to randomly reboot itself when I am playing a game or on an app. It's extremely annoying as you can imagine.

Does anyone have this?
Can I solve the problem/fix it?

Come to think of it when we try to load up Netflix on our TV then go to watch something Netflix does also crash and just goes back to the source. Is it a Netflix bug?

As there are a lot of knowledgeable I thought I'd ask here before anything

I'll give 100 rep to those who help!

Probably a Netflix but, try checking if the HDMI cord is not scratched or cut in any places, my 360 did that when the video cable was cut and the console wouldn't turn on

try holding the power button on your console down for 10 seconds to clear the unnecessary bs on your console. it should work. had this problem myself also and it seemed to work

Think this might fix it: . fixed mine by placing my xbox one nowhere near any other living room hardware, and then I unplugged the power cord from the back of the console and plugged it back in. My Xbox would randomly shutdown when it was downloading an update for the system or game

Tried this, not sure if it's changed but hasnt shut down.

I have checked the cable, they are all fine. I don't think I've taken any of them out for about 2 years though lol

I cleared cache the other day too, not sure if it's worth doing again

Have you tried deleting and re-installing the app?
