It seems your at your ends here with this so that's why im recommending this but what might fix the issue is a factory reset of your hard drive you will loss all your data and have to re-install everything but it should work also before you do that make sure you know your email and pass for your account because everything will be deleted even your account.

Might be your Xbox over heating also when you quickly change games which does not involve a disc does the fan speed increase for a couple of seconds and then go back to normal ?

The problem isnt the xbox but the power brick itself, happend to my xbox a while back after a while (especially the first model xbox) the power brick goes faulty and it starts up and shuts off randomly, hope this will help bro
