If you're sure you have the files in the correct place, try a different mod menu. There maybe something wrong with the one you're using.

i did i even tried pandora 2.7 that didn't work either

Where do i go to launch it? content folder because that's where i put it.

Just click the default.xex for the install disc

Yes i have most of the long ones you have. but you said put disc 2 in content and disc 1 in games i put disc 1 in content and disc 2 in games

I also launched the default.xexp and when i did it said game couldn't start
