try using neighborhod instead of xexmenu, i don use xex since it never works when deleting or moving stuff for me

drag new kv on, replace old one, turn off console, unplug power brick for 3 mins or so, plug back in, reboot.

Just tried it mate. KV hash still hasn't changed and console is still showing as Banned. Simplicity is checking the KV for me now.

Just checked the KV and it is unbanned so it's not that. Try shutting off your console and leaving it unplugged for about 10 minutes and see if that works.

Will pay $5 to anyone that can help me get the problem resolved. Tried unplugging the console for 15 mins and then turning back on and still didn't work.
