Once you've recorded your proof, you upload it to YouTube. You can record this with your phone, as long as you've written down your name on an index card or something of the sort to show that the video really is yours.

Once you upload it to YouTube, you take the link of the video and copy/paste it (if you're on your phone) between [youtube]*insert link here*[/youtube]. If you're on a computer, you'll see a "YouTube" button on the menu above the text box in which you'll write your post.
