The only solution I found to fix this is to put xex menu on a usb and use xex menu only off the usb..

Another solution is to have the console boot directly into freestyle dash and that way you still have a file browser

Well I can speak from only my experience but when I had that issue I tried nand reflash, new hdd, nothing. The hdd would work on other rghs but it was specifically something with the console..

For easiest solution just have a usb with xex menu installed and use it for that exact purpose only.

I'd recommend using Aurora over Freestyle Dash, it has been updated more recently. Only if you are keen on running your own dashboard theme should you pick FSD over Aurora.

Do you have a stealth server? Because if you do some don't allow you to launch anything. For example if you're using Ninja and don't have time, when you launch a game you will crash, if you launch xex you will crash. If you go to regular dash you will crash. xD

It's pretty clean. But I understand having everything set up how you like it!
