Only if there will be a day or night of work i know it will be a pain. Caffeine is more of a fall back for me.

I consume caffeine, but I don't "do" caffeine. I'd be fine with decaf everything if it tasted the same. I don't consume it for what it does. I just happen to like the things that have it.

So I was a heavy energy drink user I would have at least 200 mg
I use to surpass that, having about 3-4 cans of 12oz red bull or two of the rockstars that have the 215mg of caffeine in them a day... Mainly this was me trying to stay "alive" in college and it would allow me to focus more on the lectures. This kind of habit continued for mounts. The days that I didn't have caffeine, I would feel dizzy along with fatigue and slight depression. Not even to mention the effect that energy drinks were having on my health. I quit drinking caffeine after I was put on ADHD medication. I have to admit it was a horrible habit that I'm glad I was able to quit. I don't recommend caffeine because the effect of long-term use it has on your brain turns into more of an addiction that your body feels the need to have.
