I want to format all my drives and basically reinstall everything, including windows on my bigger SSD. What's the best way to do this?

Backup what you want onto an external drive.
When you install windows, it'll give you options of what drive you want to install it on. You can delete everything from there.

On top of reinstalling windows and reformatting your drives, you could use [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] to fully wipe the drives before reinstalling.
What I would personally do is remove everything that isn't your current Windows folder and then install Windows to your new SSD, you will then boot from the SSD.
This way, you will have a backup version of Windows to boot to if your SSD partition becomes corrupted.
