At the end of the day it's a lot of processed sweetener (sugar) which isn't good for you. Just do a quick Google search on what over caffination will do to your body over time.
Here's a tip, when you feel tired even after a good nights sleep it's often because you're dehydrated. Drink a bottle of water instead of coffee, espresso, energy drink, soda, etc.

Usually a double expresso is like 100mg of caffeine. You say you have 3-4 which averages about 350mg of caffeine. This is a high dose of caffeine if I am being honest I usually stick between the 200-250mg range. Anything over and I will have sleeping problems. Aside from that you could get heart problems drinking that much caffeine. I would advise drinking less maybe lower it to 250mg a day if you can.

Its almost impossible to overdose on caffeine. Like youd have to be taking a bunch of straight caffeine or caffeine pills. It shouldn't be too bad for you to be honest. There might be some effects on your heart if you do over a period of time - like multiple years. And yeah, if your tolerance, or just the way your body is, makes it so that you dont have trouble sleeping, then id say your fine. Caffeine is a diuretic though, meaning it causes your body to excrete more water, so stay hydrated
The only other health effect to think of is not from the caffeine, but the espresso itself, like if it has a ton of sugar
