I have a pretty low budget PC, but I overclocked my CPU and it made games like PUBG/CSGO run a lot smoother. I'd suggest you doing the same if you don't have $500+ to blow on a nice PC.

You can use PC part picker to choose parts and start to build a low budget pc that would be decent for gaming, and not overly expensive, plus if it turns out for you then you could upgrade as you go.

If you want to build one there's plenty of youtube videos with low budgets and also insane budgets. You could go to prebuilt sites if you don't want to build one just add up the price of all the parts in the build and see how much of a difference it is.
