Strange, some things to try

Put a fresh INI in a USB and insert it and try boot up then

Unplug powerbrick cable from the back of the xboz for 5-10 seconds and then try boot up then

Give it like 2-3 Minutes To Try And boot, if it's not working after that contact the installer and tell him it ain't working.

Try a different TV or different hdmI port on the tv

i have waited 10-15min to do that and nothing happeneds still the same

oh yes i have contacted the seller but um hes accusing the xbox had issues before i sent it to him but i dont understand how is that possible because it was working fine before i shipped to him. and he said if the xbox had issues before i wouldnt be able to rgh it. then i asked him IF IT HAD ISSUES THEN HOW DID YOU RGH IT? in his text he made no sense

okay i will try do but um its been awhile and i forgot how to the INI part. Do you by any chance know a video?

Try switching on without any hard drives , USB's and external hard drives plugged in. See if that boots.

just tried it nothing happened. it still wont boot. NO ROLL and no tv signal still yet
