I recently got unlock all 10th prestige as i have changed account in the past 8 years. I've went to play mw2 and it won't let me sign in to my xbox360 account when i try and load up multilayer, i can sign in to other accounts fine, and yes my live has been paid as i can play Xbox one games fine, ANY SUGGESTIONS APPRECIATED

have you tried deleting the profile off your xbox then re downloading it?

MW2 Doesn't have a ban system. That all started on MW3 +. It's a bug for sure, I'll ask my buddy now how he fixed it.

Thanks for the replies guys, I've tried redownloading the profile but it says there has been an error 807B01F4 and it can't download my profile.

the xbox live current status says you may expect to see some problems when downloading content

keep an eye on that link and try again when Xbox report that their problems are resolved

Try deleting your account and reinstalling it that always works

The Xbox purchase and download servers are down, this is why they should have it fixed soon
