We have 2 cans, both are split in half.
1 is yellow and black, yellow = food scraps, black = general waste
1 is green and blue, green = paper/cardboard recyclables, blue = cans/bottle recyclables

What have I started...

Wheely bin

Blue: recycling shit
Green or black: general waste
Purple: cut grass and banana peels

Definitely a wheelie bin and mine get collected on a Friday

Black wheelie bin for household waste (Non recyclable) and burgandy for recyclables. Uncultured Americans unable to differentiate between wheelie bins, trash cans, dust bins, bins ect is truly obsurd. I don't understand their education system if they can not even tell such differences.

Of course we utilize regular bins inside the house with bin bags inside to collect the household waste as not to sully the outside bins, but we waste the recyclable items to then deposit in the wheelie bin for recyclables without the use of bin bags (Always have to be respectful of the bin-men and their job).

Monday is bin day for us.

Weekly is the green for general household waste:

i just call it a wheelie bin

We take our trash to the dump as we can not get a trash car to come out unless we pay Hundreds

We get ours collected on a Friday but that depends if there is a bank holiday that falls on that week which will bump it to Saturday. #Logic.

Our council are money and you have to buy your own wheelie bins which cost an absolute fortune. So we just leave it out the front as everyone else does.
