The majority of players on xbox live didn't enjoy quickscoping really, so I doubt this will do anything about that.

I signed just because I think its fun to quickscope some of the time but I hope it doesn't get out of control like on it was on MW2 where people are think that quickscoping is the only thing that takes skill. That is not true COD in genral is about quick reaction time and knowing the maps and being able to know what to do in certian situations.
