Hi all! 8)
My name's TTG_JakeUK, and I'm writing this thread up today for you guys because I've seen a numerous of newer users, and some older ones not really knowing how to use all of the features, and making new topics, when they mean to reply;
Do not worry! We've all done it! - And we ALL make mistakes, it's life...
So okay, before I get on to the tips themselves, please realise this takes time to do, and don't flame me for anything, thank you.

Okay, so the tips themselves...

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ] - & Post in correct sections.

Once your on TTG, you're going to want to click "Forums" on your toolbar, at the top of your screen.
This should look like this:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Now simply, click "Forums" - Once done that, you're going to want to find a post that intrests you, so browse a topic which you'd like to see more information about. Here is an example of what I mean:
"Today, I'd like to see who is newer to TheTechGame"
So you'd view the "Introduce Yourself" section, to see some of the newer users, and welcome them into the community.
Here is where Introduce Yourself is located.
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
As you can see, it's in the General & Off-Topic discussion board, which makes sense.
Next step, your going to want to just click Introduce Yourself.
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Once done that, you shall now see a selection of threads, from the users introducing themselve's into the community...
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Simply select on you would like to post on, and now you shall see the thread it's self.
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Now you can see, he has introduced himself, now if you'd like to make a Quick Reply AKA - Post on that that thread, follow these simple steps:

1) - Scroll down to the bottom of the page

2) - You should see this [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

3) - Simply, click "Quick Reply"

Now, you should see this screen:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
As you can see, there is a wide variety of effects, smilies, and more!
To make a simple quick reply, *EXAMPLE* "Welcome to ttg, read the rules and enjoy." simply, type your message in, and click this:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
And there you go, you now have added a quick, simple & easy reply to a thread!
Now, it'll redirect you to the page, you have just posted on, and it'll show you your post, to see if it's all okay, and to confirm it has been posted.
Once you've submitted your quick reply, you should see this:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
And then in 1 or 2 seconds, it'll re-direct you to the thread you posted on and it'll show you your post, Example:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Now, you have successfully added a quick reply, to a thread, & learnt how to post in correct sections to avoid warnings! 8)
Now, how to get back to the Main Forums Menu.
Once posted, simply scroll upto the top of your page again, and click "Forums"
Picture: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Now; you will be back where you started, which is here... 8)

REMEMBER THIS: If you wan't to ask a general question about a JTAG, go to "Jtag Support/Guides" section, if you wan't to ask a general CoD: Black Ops question, go to the Black Ops general section, it makes sense, doesn't it? Example: Don't post your 5000th post, in the MW2 section... be sure to post in the right sections!

Once posting, you may want to add a smiley, to express feelings, or because your happy;
This step is very simple, now that you know how to add a quick reply, simply click add a quick reply, and to the left of your screen will be a smiley face / emoticon menu, like so:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Simply, you can click an emoticon, obviously, and it'll go straight to your post,
Or... you can go Advanced and click "View more emoticons"
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Now, this will bring up a menu of alot more emoticons, and smileys!
As followed; you can see what it looks like once clicked:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
And to close the window, simply click the "Close Window" button, as followed:
