Okay well im sort of new to photoshop but i would consider myself gradually getting much better. I can do most things that are still images. This means
-NO FLASHING
-NO ROTATIONS
-NO INTROS
-NO 3D(Not animated but i havnt experimented much yet)

I CAN do
-Backgrounds
-Avatars
-Pretty much any other design just as long as i know the dimmensions
