If you have a Hitachi or a Samsung. Dont post they dont have AP2.5 checks therefore you wont get banned and you will be fine. You don't need to patch your ISO's, the games will run fine.


All Patches Released Just Run Your ISO Through ABGX And It Will Patch The AP2.5 Sector For You, Then Burn Away.

As Rahman2k6 already said, it is important that you are always on the latest firmware. Probably you'll be ok if you own a LiteOn, but it's always better to be safe than sorry. PFI improvement on LiteOn, more important stuff on BenQ 1.1. Do it a few times, so that it gets easier every time. In the end, you won' t even think about opening the boxes.


In the future, you won't have to check the fora all the time. Only when a black screen comes up (concerning the ontopic subject). LT+ protects you from the AP25 checks with this black screen. Of course, next time you see a dash update, it's recommended to first some threads concerning the matter and then update as you see fit. But there aren't so many updates...


Also, we knew from the first AP25 activations that they would be able to do this. C4E mentioned this. It's easy to assume that there will be more, but if a solution is found for the current situation, it will not be a big deal for the next updates. The big deal was LT+ and AP2.5 SS support.


About FIFA 11. These 3 games are the only ones so far. Beside that, as mentioned before, LT+ protects you from flagging by bringing up the black screen. Even if you still feel vulnerable, you can always check on the net, before you accept your title update.

LT - You will get flagged (If You Attempt To Try And Boot A Game With AP2.5)
Any Other Firmware - Im Surprised Your Not Already Banned.


Retail Games Are Safe, But The Firmwares Are What They Are. Theres A Reason They Made LT+, So Use It To Be 100% Safe.


If your not on LT+, Get a re-flash and dont put any AP2.5 games into your console until you do. Even when the PATCHES come out on ABGX you need LT+ to play them anyway.


Only These Games Are Known To Have AP2.5 (ATM) - There Is No Way Of Knowing What Future Games Have AP2.5 Until They Have Been Released And Tested

I personally think this is the banwave. get rid of as many consoles as possible and get there slims sold. LT+ is undetectable, C4E proved that with no bannings last year and forcing microsoft to bring AP2.5 the last line of defence. Microsoft are now just trying to catch the people on the older firmwares, at least then they will get something from this whole mess. THIS IS JUST MY OPINION. LT+ YOU ARE 100% SAFE ANYTHING LOWER, GET IT UPDATED AND HOPE YOUR NOT ALREADY FLAGGED.
