OK, I am going to teach you how to not get scammed for paypal, msp, xbox codes, ect.
The black ops patch has recently been released, it is for XP, there will be tons of lobbies, many fake, not so many legit.

HOW TO KNOW IF ITS LEGIT!
Look for people like this! ( trusted sellers)

IF these are posted, they are to be trusted, althow they arent stickies.
This just means they havent earned the trust of a bunch of mods in that way.
