Download a program called gyazo, that will print screens and then just upload them to image shack or a free online image hoster and copy the URL into an embed box.

if you can't download gyazo do to your computer not having the technology to support the feature then press.

Fn + Prnt Scrn and then open paint Ctrl + V and then crop it to where you want, save it then upload to a image hoster
