Hey guys I recently just got a bad virus and I cant access my desktop or anything its just a pure black screen.So I downloaded a program to help it's called xoftspy I ran the scan and it did it then I went to click remove then it popped up with a activation thing I need a license. So if anyone can help me with that I will +Rep.

Best free software anti virus is AVG its amazing

Its only a free trial but any virus that is on there it wipes it off i have used it for several years hope this helped.

download Revo Uninstaller Pro and force un install it

Just dowload a licence key of google search there are quite a few websites which do them.

I have done that acouple times and still black screen. and I tryed running in safe mode.
