I've had similar problems with several games, not just fight night recently, especially EA games...
-Loaded my profile and everything fine- just did not create achievements/GPD on profile...(WHY?)
-I loaded an offline profile and it created achievements fine. So I opened it in Lefluffie and extracted the GPD file.
-Then injected it into my online profile... Fixed the security and verified-ok...
-Played for while, but as soon as it tries to save progress in 'Champion' mode the 360 shuts down!
-Won't add any achievements when something should be unlocked...
ANYONE offer insight as to what I'm doing incorrect/how to do this correctly?
-->*WHY is it not creating Achievement correctly in first place? Hate to have to manually inject GPD's for every damn new game (which it seems I've had to do with ALL EA sport games recently.

They started doing this so you cant Mod the Achievments so you have to unlock an acheivment

so what does that mean? what changes have been made? I don't understand how/why all of a sudden lefluffie, modio, ect can't add gpd's correctly and resign/rehash?

they wont allow people to mod the achievments on EA games anymore the 360 shutting down idk
