THE BEST OF THE BEST, THE MW3 THREAD


Well, not very recentley, we have heard that Call Of Duty ModernWarfare3 will be released in november of 2011.
BUT, Infinity Ward, the makers of Call Of Duty 4, And Modern Warfare 2, Will not be the only game making company making it. It is Also told that, Raven Software, and Sledge Hammer games will be involved in the making of the New MW3. We are Told that this Call Of Duty will be different from all the rest. It is supposedley going to be the Greatest MMO of all time.
For those of you who dont know what an MMO is, its a Massive Multiplayer Online Game.
But, That has ben postponed, Activision told SledgeHammer, they need to focus more on the campaign then ever. It is also Rumored that MW3 Will be A prequel of COD4. And that It will be Telling the Story of GHOST, A former known Character from the Game ModernWarfare2.

WONDERFUL PERK IDEAS

Perk Slot 1:
I definitley Think they should keep Scavenger and Marathon. Maybe even Sleight of Hand. But for Sleight of hand they should make it fast ADS for snipers also. Because just about everyone was disappointed in Black Ops for not having quickscoping. Even Treyarch Updated the Game about 3 Times just for Snipers. They should aslo bring back x3 Grenades. That was my favorite perk in COD 4, Just because i could throw 3 random grenades instead of just 1.
Perk Slot 2:
I think they should bring back Stopping Power, and Throw out Hardened. Stopping Power was different then Hardened because it increases your guns damage. It doesn't just help it go through walls. I also think they should Bring Back Double Tap, For all those people who like to use mods, but make the semi auto guns less powerful, so modded controllers dont have such an advantage. Because i dont know about you guys but it ticked me off when i was on a kill streak in mw2 and got killed by a mod. I also think they should get rid of Danger Close. The explosives already do enough damage without a perk, that helps them become even stronger.
Perk Slot 3:
I think they should keep steady aim, Just for the people who like no-Scoping, Not for the people who like to spray. They should get rid of commando. The perk is just unrealeastic, I would be like 20 feet away from the guy and they would still knife me. Ninja is a great perk, as long as they dont have marathon and lightweight on it. After everyone figured out that, all people did was Ump Silenced with Marathon and Lightweight. But you do need a perk for no falling damage, maybe a lightweight pro? Like Black Ops did.

WONDERFUL GUN IDEAS

Assault Rifles:
We will probably see alot of the same guns:
M16
M4A1 or M4 Carbine
Just the most common assault rifles.
I really hope they bring back the ACR, that was probably my favorite gun out of all of the Call Of Duty Games.
Maybe bring back the Newer version of the FAL.
I also think that you should be able to toggle whether the gun is, Semi-Automatic,Three Shot Burst,Or fully Automatic. That would be really cool.
Sub Machine Guns:
I Honestley think they should drop the AK-74u. That is probably the cheapest gun ever. And if they keep it atleast make it realistic, It is very unaccurate because of the bullet caliber, so make it that way in the game. Definitley keep the Mp5K, That was great gun, and it wasnt super accurate, it was very powerful, and it was the only gun that could keep up with the UMP in MW2.
Most Definitley Drop the UMP. I remeber one game i got a wallbang through 2 walls with a UMP Silenced with marathon and lightweight on. I especially think, They need to bring back the old Mp5 from COD 4. THat was probably the best gun ever.
Light Machine guns:
Definitley Bring the M60 Back from COD 4, and the M249 Saw. Those were probably my Favorite Light machine guns. And Bring the RPD. That was a great Gun in MW2. I especially used that gun alot. We will probably see a couple of new guns, like the M90. This gun was just released to the military.
Sniper Rifles:
Bolt Action:Definitley Bring Back the M40A3. That was my Favorite Sniper out of all the call of duty games. Bring the L96A1 from Black ops, but with Quickscoping. And Probably Bring Back the Intervention. The Intervention was a great sniper. But over all i think they will brgin back the M40A3.
Semi-Auto:Barret 50.Cal for sure. I dont think any call of duty game except the ones made by Treyarch, has left out the Barret. We will probably see the Dragonuv and the M21. I personally didnt like the Dragonuv or the M21 That much in COD 4. But thats just my opinion, Im sure they will make many call of duty players happy.
