when u do the lander glitch on xbox live what can u do to not get banned? does goin behind mp5 and ak74 make it so u cant get banned?plz help thx

I don't think it is possible to get behind those guns anymore.
Seeing that it was just patched.
I know you can get up by PhD, but that is all I know.
