LargeFtw wrote Ok seeing as there was over 10,000 gamertags released over a month ago from members of se7ensins and TTG, And Just recently stepto the head of xbox live enforcement was hacked by the known hacker "predator"i am going to give you 5 ways that i personally keep my Facebook, Xbox live, paypal, and many more accounts safe.

1.
Never use the same password for more than one account. But it is ok to use different variations of that password.
example: Xbox live password is "password"
then Facebook password could be "Password" (notice the caps yes it does make a difference)

2.
have multiple emails never EVER use the same email for two important accounts like PayPal and alert pay because if he can get your paypal account then he can get your alert pay also. Have like 4-5 emails for different things.
one personal email(family, PayPal)
one spam email (Facebook, Xbox live)
business email(if you are selling or buying anything contact through there)
and a backup email that all your emails are linked to so if your account does get compromised you can easily retrieve a new password from the backup account.

3.
more important the account more important the password ALWAYS have a variation of numbers and letters in a password.
ex Password569D0 (notice the letters/numbers and capitols variations)

4.
Do NOT ever give your account information to anyone other than HIGHLY trusted friends and family.

5.
if they can do something to your account they probably will so always be warned.

Mostly common sense to me, but then again there are a lot of stupid people out there.

For paypal emails I recommend doing something similar to this. I've done something similar and I haven't had problems yet.
