I just now jailbreaked it with Geohots program and my version is the 4th generation ipod touch but what i dont get is what do i do now it still asks me to pay and that but is it because i did not go throw the whole acct making process/ not putting in a credit card or what? i just want to know how to get the free itunes and apps please answer

All jailbreaks are free its impossible that GeoHot makes u pay use something else

You have to get the credit card to download apps front the app store.
But if you want free apps you have to download the Cydia app from Cydia(duh) called installous.
It's in the sticky topic called useful jailbreak apps look for installous in the topic.
It will tell you how to get it.
