I got someone looking into this, but I am just gonna be 1000% honest with you....I am pretty sure you are screwed on this one....I have no idea why on gods green earth you would sell a JTAG and send it to someone before they paid...

That makes about as much sense as wiping before you p**p....

All he has to say is, "He sent me a box, I mailed him the cash for it" ...case closed...no way to disprove it. Sorry buddy, but even my cousin agrees with me, he won't even forward this on for review, as you have no chance of recouping this one...
