I don't think it is as simple as that. I think (and this is mainly guess work - I've only just started working on getting online) That the checks, in basic, have to return a true value. If they return none at all, I would assume you would still be unable to connect.

i thought you aren't able to edit the xam.xex
wouldn't you have to patch all security checks through kxam?!
