Okay this is real. The note says what the guy on page 2 of this topic said. Here is a better tutorial.


First go to the Type 100 ( I SAID TYPE 100 NOT TYPE 99. DON'T GET CONFUSED!) Then look at the bulletin board. Well there is a map with red writing on it. Look up at the ceiling and walk back a little. There is a note. You need a PTRS to read it. It is still very hard to read with the PTRS. This is confirmed. I saw it, he invited me, showed me. SO this is real. And it says the following things on the note:

Faithful Servant might be refering to Dr. Edward Richtofen.

The Seed has been planted might be the plan is in place.

Observe and Report must mean watch what everyone here does like Edward watching every worker at Der Riese.

Maxis Must not know. That means maxis is not in this plan and he apparently is on the good side. Meanwhile Dr. Edward Richtofen is working with someone to go against Dr. Maxis.

Thanks and thanks again for showing me the note in the sewer. I had heard about it but could never find it. I've searched everywhere in this map and i don't think there are any more hidden messages. I did find this one but I give credit to carbonfibah for showing us all how to decode it.

that is cool never new about that!! never new about that note!
