can anyone give me a month code as my xbox lve has been hacked and its going to take 14 days to fix. and they spend 40 quid

well microsoft asked for my gamertag could not find it asked for email could not find it, asked for credit card number found the account and they spend 40 pound, they have had to get in there "investiagtion team".
