What to do once in the lobby:

3. Go to splitscreen
4. Start the game (Not changing any settings)
5. Press back and down on the dpad and wait 15 seconds.
6. End the game.
7. Go to private match
8. Change the map.
9. Start it up.
10. Press back and down on the dpad
11. End the game.
12. Go decimate all people online!
