Ok, so my turtle beach x11's are being weird right now. The wheel thing to control game volume is ALSO controlling voice volume. and the wheel for voice volume isn't doing anything. can somebody help? if you help me, i will rep you. thanks!

Take the batteries out then start it again, or unplug the volume plugs at the back of the television, that might work.

The x11's dont have batteries :/ and i tried unplugging the attachments to the white and red audio cords, but it didnt help.

you should just get new ones! or dont use them anymore. i went through 5 different pairs of beaches

I apologize, my x31's had batteries and I forgot, Make sure all the wires are snug and fully connected and if not, remove them all and put them back.

If that doesn't work, return them. If you don't have a receipt or no warranty, send me a message, I will help you out from there.
