A perk called :Care Seekage which lets you see what is in a care package
A Killstreak called :Wall which lets all the players on the other team have a red dot above their head, you can see it through walls.

I doubt they would have care-packages on the game to be honest.

I see both the perks pretty bad, since I think the game will have small maps. The perk, on free-for-all on a small map would be greatly overpowered, as you will always be close to an enemy which will basically make it impossible to call in a killstreak.
Then the Atom Bomb, if they have customized kill-streaks this may be useful, but overpowered on a small map.

Care Seekage would be a total waste... Not worth 1 slot.
Wall? Seriously, just ask if the put in Wall Hack into the game. It saves you a perk slot.

equipment : land mines <-- i know you didnt say equipment but hey ;)

perk : slow mo for 5 seconds (like the slow mo breach in mw2), but can only be used twice a game.

Killstreak : 30 seconds on the turret of a jeep
