SO when ever I try to give rep or -rep the rep thing will never come up it will just load for hours.......?Help me pleasse I'll rep u for help.

It Does That With Me When You Click On Reputation And It Comes Up Like Its Loading If It Does That Click On The X On Reputation And Click On The Green Flag Again

Restart your router then attempt it again.
Close down any no-used applications or programs you have opened because that can create high CPU usage.
Also close down extra tabs or internet browser pages.

I have no tabs open and I also have tuened off my router many times and don't have anything else up.

Go a different internet browser ect.. mozilla firefox or google chrome.
