Does anyone know any mods for TDU2? I know there is a garage mod but I am more looking for the tuner mod, so I can upgrade cars to level 5... does anyone know this? plus rep, not much but rep is rep, lol

There are garage mods as you said also there is a level mod but there isn't anything that will increase your tuner level because it increases as you uncover more of the maps. You could always use a modded save game but then where's the fun in that.

yeah, but I have seen stage 5 cars every now and then driving around, and then there is a video of the garage mod and all his are stage 5

It's not hard to do, it takes a while but all you need to do is drive down every road.
There might be a mod for this but I haven't seen one so I could be wrong. Also the car he showed might have been a special unlock, like maybe he paid for it on xbl or maybe won it in the casino, I never had the casino so I don't know what car was on offer.

I have the casino, but stage 5 and higher is a mod, just nobody wants to give it up, lol
