I dont think the title moves they do, the dragon one is a dragons eye surrounded in moving flames and the cyborg one is just like a circuit that flashes yellow

you can go to the dashboard and buy them now, but cant use them until 2 hours time when they update the game, but you can still see the camos, they look epic, the dragon one is a dragons eye with flam ...
