There is really no way to find them or spawn them you just need to stay in an area and hope they will spawn.

when you moved it over did you use Horizon and change it to your profile? Or did you just copy and paste it on there. Its most likely not showing up because its on someone else's profile.

You could use an inventory editor and add it to your inventory. You may also be able to find it in dungeons, but I'm not 100% sure about that
