how do you freeze jump on cod 4 please tell me

Post in the correct section next time...
And here's how:
1.Get anothor player to host a private match and put it on Free-for-all and on oldschool...
2.Put your clan tag as @@@@ ,but don't click finish(or whatever) till the match has started...
3.Once the match starts go to the spot you to perform the freeze jump at,and press back 2(might be 3) times.
4.A message should pop up.DON"T GET RID OF IT.
5.Have your friend shoot you in the ass with all of their m9 ammo.
6.After he does that.Exit out of the message and you should be up in the air free-falling...
