Here in England, it is very rare for any kind of 'quake' this is mainly due to the fact that ((As far as i remember from school)) the uk is smack bang in the middle of a huge slab / techtonic plate, with no cracks.

I mean yeah at the moment, the medias bitching about the ash from iceland, but no ones seen any yet...

It's all natural anyways, the earth 'fidgets' from time to time, we all know that the earth wasn't originally all separated, it was one mass of land, but quakes and eruptions and shifts in land mass even corrosion of sorts, all contributed to breaking lands away from one another.

The earthquakes of 2010 aren't anything unusual, earthquake happen around the world now and then, but the main reason people are all freaky about it all, is because of the whole 2012 phenomenom.

About 2012, see these 'mayans' predicted the end of the world, but weren't they a strange but of people like the egyptians who worshipped cats and other wierd shiz?

You ever stop to think about just how advanced egypt was as a race? And we are all supposed to cower in fear, just like Y2K millenium bug was supposed to send us back to the medievil times, all because some crazy wack job who was high on opium a few thousand years ago, before jesus and all that. Predicted OH NOES, 2012 dude...bad vibe,....because i'm sooo high, i just know theyre will be an industrial revoloution that will suck up all of the earths natural resources / fossil fuels '

It's all just there to stop you looking at the real problems in life..

Global Warming, = Yeah won't affect us in our lifetimes really, but our kids and such?
Corrupt Governments = I dont know about the U.S but here in England, we have some seriously BENT people in power, who spend TAX money on luxury holidays and homes, and hiring maids.

All in all If it ain't one disaster it's another, how many floods have there been in the past 5 years? how many Tsunamis have battered coastlines?

Please don't flame, i'm only trying to contribute to the topic, people.
