I'm pretty sure it's just exclusive to IW staff. Like how bungie staff had the flaming recon armor exclusively for the staff. That's just my theory. And that IW dosen't wanna admit that it is for the staffers.

I think that they were gonna release it with the stimulus but then got so pissed cause everyone hacked that they said **** everyone but us and keep it for themselves. Thats my take.

Even though the people in the game have the 10th spinning emblem , they were all IW staff and they did that just t oshow you all the different call signs as you can see one guy has 1000 headshots with a Desert Eagle. (Impossible without hacking) Pause at 1:02 for the Gold Desert Eagle Emblem

as far as challenges doubt it but ive done spec ops and single player vet all in the first week plus i got in a challenge lobby where i had all unlocked and didnt unlock it

Wow that is crazy how that was the "first" MW2 video and it has the infamous "MW2 Emblem" and barely anyone even realized it. I never did until you pointed it out. I honestly have no clue how to unlock that emblem but it will be quite a fantastic day when someone legitamitely figures out how to get it or when an actual IW member releases how to get it.
