Instructions:

1.) Join with retail
2.) Wait about 20 sec. then back out
3.) Go to split screen and hit the select button (Back)
4.) Back out of split screen
5.) Start up a private match
6.) Press select to activate mods
7.) Open the menu (Left on dpad)
8.) Go to more menus and click on special dvars
9.) Select toggle online game and select the dev options!
10.) Go back to unlock menu and click unlock all
11.) Wait about 30 sec. then back out
12.) Everyone in the lobby will have unlocked challenges.
