U have to pay the bank it was your fault for trusting the guy, don't trust anyone besides your parents or wife. It's happened to me before, but with alot more money than an over drawn bank payment. Also don't accept money for FREE, stupidest thing to do.

doubtful bro im not a little boy XD. And i dont go to a franchise bank i go to a union bank because im Native American and part of the tribe the bank is owned by i guarantee that if i just say its a misunderstanding that they will delete my charges i just want to get this kid as a known douche bag and to see if there is an easy way to clean my name instead of haveing to go across town to the bank
