ok i just jailbroke my 3.1.3 software iTouch ok this has been giving me problems all the time i try to download apps free i go threw the download prosess and it doesnt download the app at all can someone help me plz

maybe try and rejailbreak it, because that hasnt happened to me ever and while its jailbroken you should have no problem downloading apps

Think your best option my good man is a reinstall.
Maybe a full restore to make sure.

yeh it's happened to me but just mabye download the lower version of it and that will do it
