My jtag boots into xell fine but when i turn it on with the big button on there front i get e74 error so i take it apart and look around it for a bit i find a chip the under the cpu has broke any ideas on how to fix this lol there probably isn't but couldn't i just unsolder it off my other xbox that has red ring.and put it on the jtag lol.

There is a problem with your nand image , or the way you have made/built it it, so have someone make you a new freeboot image with your orig nand and cpu key, then flash it via putting the updflash.bin file onto a usb then plugging it into one of the xbox usb ports than booting XELL this method worked for me however i had to take the powercable out and put back in for XELL to recognise my usb
