omg pplz you have no idea!!
hey man if you are experiencing only two lights it can mean a couple of things.
1. The mobo has overheated and wont start to protect the cpu and gpu.
2. there was an electrical surge which may have caused youre power brick to show a red light?
3. youre brain exploded and got the gooey stuff inside the console (Highly doubt it though.

That has all the error codes.
"The specific type of hardware failure can be determined by a "hidden" error code
Turn the xbox 360 on, and wait till the 3 red lights are flashing.
Press and hold the sync up button (the small white one), while holding that button press the eject button.
The LEDs will now blink the first number in the code (as described below).
Release the eject button and press it again.
The LEDs will now blink the second number of the code.
Release the eject button and press it again.
The LEDs will now blink the third number of the code.
Release the eject button and press it again.
The LEDs will now blink the forth number of the code.
Release the eject button and press it again.
The LEDs will go back to the 3 red flashing lights.
You should be able to determine the difference between the 3 flashing lights and the error code lights by the rate in which they flash.
Here is how you interpret the LEDs to get the code number:
All four lights flashing - 0
One light flashing - 1
Two Lights flashing - 2
Three lights flashing - 3

I copied and pasted, I gave credit. This guy probably wants INFORMATION as fast as possible not some "just click eject and controller sync at same time then write down code then google code"
He needs info, I gave him info. Info was from another website, I GAVE CREDIT AND SAID IT WAS COPIED AND PASTED.
Read. Don't assume. Read.

I have had the same issues with my zephyr. You need to add a new layer of heatsink compund to your GPU and CPU. The reason being, is that the old thermal paste in not conducting enough to level the heat distributed from the chips.
