As i was scrolling through gaming videos on youtube today, i noticed this one comment that stated a bill from congress could shut down all of the gaming videos on youtube. Let me know what you think about it. The Bill's name is Bill S.978.

Yeah, but there would always be a way around. You can't trace people down for uploading a vid of games

if you read one of the comments it asks if it apply's in canada :facepalm:
i guess that would be a way to get around it ya ppl cant post if they live in America but what if you list your country as somewhere else? that cant really prove that you aren't from Canada unless they check your I.P. and do you really think youtube will spend their time doing that? i think not. 8)

Youtube and other websites can instantly find your i.p. In fact, the IP is part of what they use to connect you to their site, so it's not hard at all.

Which is why you get a proxy
IP's don't always lead to your house. They usually lead to your ISP provider.
