i would love to see everyone of those except for the xp cap and rage quiting penalties. halo and cod are both very good games

Call of duty didnt start getting popular untill Mw2 came out.Halo on the other hand was a top game from the FIRST Halo game

This is stupid to be honest you make it sound like you want MW3 to be like Halo these ideas are only good for Halo 4 but for Mw3 that will never happen just go post this in the halo section and the rage quit penalty is stupid because some people lag out and they get a penalty for nothing! The only thing i like is Forge but the maps are not big enough....
