Someone hacked my Gamertag, and they have been buying MSP with my credit card and buying map packs and other things

i was wondering will i be able to get a refund from Microsoft?

Theyve spent like 300Pounds on Games, Map Packs, MSP, Live,

i was wondering will i get a Refund?

Call microsoft and your credit card company ei. Wachovia Bank of America and tell them what happend. You will probually get a refund.

Honestly it was a Hack out of the Blue, and im 10 with a Credit Card? Good un.

prove to microsoft you got hacked like they may ask you the question you answered for your security question when you signed up for Xbox Live

you probably will get a refund but it does say when you buy map packs and ms points no refunds. But in this occasion i think they'd understand

OMG, Xbox.com thinks that ive bought the Msp my self

ive not acctually payed for the msp my self though i got hacked how can i show that ive been hacked from another person?

i added my hacked account looked on the FL, and there was a New gamertag added, i invited him to a private chat and it was the Hacker!
