my other acc was banned for 9999 years for doing nothing but having cool bios.isent an email to xbox but cant wait.please someone help me get gold please ill rep you sub and ill give you anything you want.

You obviously did something to get banned, they don't do it unless they have a reason. Just spend what, $6 and get gold your self.

contact microsoft and tell them that you werent modding or anything and they can check your account for proof of no modding and it was just bios
