It's alright although I think the text layer is too plain as it's plain black with an outer white glow. The renders are too plain and the background colour/pattern doesn't match the images and everything else included in the banner. Add a small inner stroke to the background layer to improve it a little. I suggest colour swapping the background pattern so it matches the image colour a little bit more. Good attempt though, not too bad.
